Haheng is a publication about AI engineering and the tools people build software with. It covers retrieval pipelines, agent architectures, evaluation, developer tooling, and the parts of all of it that break once real traffic arrives.
Who writes it
Articles are published under the byline of Hubert Gunawan, who is responsible for everything that appears here. Drafts are produced with AI assistance and reviewed before publication — the full account of how that works is on the AI disclosure page.
What we aim for
- Specific over general. A version number, a benchmark, a configuration that actually ran.
- Corrections in public. When an article is wrong it is amended and the update date changes; when it is badly wrong it is removed.
- No undisclosed commercial content. Nothing here is a paid placement. Advertising is served by Google AdSense and is always visually separated from the article.
